CAN YOU JUST DO THE FULL INTERIOR DESIGN WITHOUT THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND STYLING?
Yes. As mentioned we offer different services that may be base on your requirements. It is also offered on case to case basis since there are projects that doesn't need our immediate service. Example: A Residential House that is in the Building Phase and it will take 3-6 months before we can actually come inside. However, Even on an early stage an interior designer can still visit the site to ensure the entire construction team and design team will be aligned to the End Result of the Client to avoid any mishaps along the way.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES FOR A PROJECT TO COMPLETE?
It varies on the space and the scope of works to be done. The standard time is 30-60 days and the bigger and complex the design will be the more that it will need to be completed.
CAN YOU OVERSEE THE PROJECT WHILE A CONTRACTOR IS WORKING ON THE PROJECT?
Yes. We can work to do the project management even on an extended period and we have a separate service for the project management service.
CAN WE WORK WITH DIFFERENT SUPPLIERS AND CONTRACTORS TO WORK ON MY PROJECT?
Yes. You are free to select your own contractor and we have a pool of suppliers as well that you can work.
CAN YOU DO THE CONSTRUCTION WORKS OF OUR UNIT?
Yes we do interior construction works and we prefer working on our own design project and We consider accepting Fit-out or Construction Works when there is a Complete Plan that you can provide for us.
